MILITARY MARCH FORWARD
(With arms held rigid, down to sides)
1-2	Step forward on left pointing toe forward (Taking 2 beats)
3	Touch right toe alongside left foot
4-5	Step forward on right, step forward on left
6	Hold for 1 beat
7-12	Repeat steps 1-6 on right foot

LEFT CROSS, RIGHT SIDE, POINT LEFT FORWARD/SWEEP 
1/4 LEFT, RIGHT CROSS, POINT LEFT SIDE X2
(Hands on hips with elbows out from body)
13	Cross left over right (Angle body to right diagonal)
14	Step right to right side (Now at 12:00)
15	Point left toe forward and slightly across right foot
16	Sweep left foot around whilst pivoting 1/4 turn left on ball
	of right foot (Now facing diagonally back approx 7:30)
17	Cross right over left (Now at 9:00)
18	Point left toe to left side (Position 7:30)
19-24	Repeat steps 13-18 (Now at 6:00)

3/4 TURN SWORD DANCE
(Hands held aloft and turned inwards, elbows bent (Highland Fashion))
25-26	Step forward on left, point right toe forward
27	Hook right foot in front of left knee with toe pointed down
28	Turn 1/4 turn left, pivoting on left foot and step down on right foot
29	Point left toe forward
30	Hook left foot in front of right knee with toe pointed down
31-33	Repeat steps 28-30 on left foot
34-36	Repest steps 28-30 on right foot
	(You have now completed a 3/4 turn left, and will be facing 9:00)

TURNING COASTER PATTERNS LEFT AND RIGHT/TWINKLES LEFT AND RIGHT
(Arms free and easy)
37	Step diagonally forward to right on left foot turning toe to left
38	Pivot 1/2 turn left and step down on right foot alongside left (Now at 3:00)
39	Step left slightly to left side (Angle body to left diagonal)
40-42	Repeat steps 37-39 on right foot (Now at 9:00)
43	Cross left over right (Angle body to right diagonal)
44-45	Step right to right, step in place on left (Left twinkle)
46-48	Repeat steps 43-45 on right foot. (Right twinkle)
